IP transit in Paris, billed at a flat rate
From 20 Mbit/s to 5 Gbit/s delivered out of Telehouse Paris Magny. Your tier is guaranteed at all times, burst is included, and the invoice is the same every month.
Pre-order - service starts 15 November 2026
BGP IP transit announced from AS198339, out of Telehouse Paris Magny, from 20 Mbit/s to 5 Gbit/s and starting at €9.99 excl. VAT per month: you announce your own prefixes, your tier is guaranteed at all times rather than on average, burst above it is included, and there is no overage line on the invoice. The 1 Tbit/s anti-DDoS protection is included on all five tiers, at no extra cost and with nothing to configure. The offer is on pre-order: service starts 15 November 2026.
Five tiers, five flat rates
The price shown is what you pay every month. No setup fee, no per-megabit meter, no hidden tier between two lines. The 20 Mbit/s tier answers a need of its own: making your AS visible and your prefixes protected, without chasing throughput.

What you pay for, and what you do not
IP transit is billed almost everywhere at the 95th percentile. Here is exactly what that means, why we chose something else, and the one case where the other method would serve you better.
The 95th percentile, in one minute
Your throughput is sampled every five minutes, which makes about 8,640 readings a month. At the end, your provider sorts them, drops the top 5 per cent, roughly 36 hours of peaks given away for free, and bills the highest reading that remains. The method is honest, and it is the wholesale standard. Its flaw lies elsewhere: you only learn the amount once the month is over.
Our choice: a flat rate, and nothing to count
Your tier is guaranteed at all times, not on average. Burst above it is included. There is no per-megabit overage rate, so there is no overage line: the amount quoted is the amount charged, every month, without exception.
The one rule, and it is written here
Burst is for peaks, not for settling in above your tier. We do measure your 95th percentile, like everyone else, but for one purpose only: checking that it stays below your tier. If it goes over two months running, we offer you the tier above. Never a surprise invoice, never a cut-off. A single month triggers nothing: a strong season or an incident is not a change of need.
The same month, under both models
A customer on the 1 Gbit/s tier at €179.99 excl. VAT, whose burst reaches 1.5 Gbit/s.
| What happens during the month | With us | At the 95th percentile |
|---|---|---|
| Steady traffic at 700 Mbit/s | €179.99 | €179.99 |
| Peaks at 1.4 Gbit/s three evenings running | €179.99, the peaks go through | €179.99, the peaks fall into the discarded 5 per cent |
| Traffic settled at 1.3 Gbit/s all month | €179.99, and we offer you the tier above | €179.99, plus 300 Mbit/s of overage, every month |
| A launch spike at 3 Gbit/s for two hours | shaped down to 1.5 Gbit/s | goes through in full |
The last row is the only case where the 95th percentile serves you better: a spike far above your tier goes through, where we shape it. If your peaks look like that, take the tier above. It still costs less than overage every month.
What is included, and what is not
Both lists side by side. Knowing what is missing before you sign beats finding out on turn-up day.
+Included in the flat rate
IPv4 and IPv6, at no extra cost
Dual-stack transit by default. IPv6 is not a billed option: same session, same tier, same invoice.
Your prefixes, your announcements
You announce your own blocks over BGP. We build the filters from your letter of authorisation and from your route and route6 objects published in the IRR, as the practice requires.
Full table, partial or default route
The full table is served by default, roughly 950,000 IPv4 routes and 200,000 IPv6 routes. A router short on memory takes the partial table, or simply a default route.
BGP communities
Blackholing, selective prepending and control over your announcements, configured with you at turn-up rather than left as self-service.
1 Tbit/s anti-DDoS
The same filtering as our servers, included at no extra cost and with nothing to configure on your side. Volumetric L3 and L4 mitigation is automatic.
Burst
Twice your tier on the two entry plans, one and a half times next, and a quarter more on the 5 Gbit/s tier. No matching line on the invoice.
No setup fee
Configuration, the test session and the cutover are not billed. The tier starts running on cutover day, not on order day.
Tier changes
Upwards at any time, effective immediately. Downwards at the next cycle, with no penalty.
Your choice of term
Monthly with no commitment, or 3, 6 and 12 months at -5%, -10% and -15% off the monthly price. The same discounts as on our VPS plans.
-To budget separately
The cross-connect
If you are racked at Telehouse Paris Magny, the physical link to our router is ordered from the datacenter and billed by them. Over a tunnel, or on a machine rented from us, the question does not arise.
IPv4 addresses, optional
€1.20/month excl. VAT per address. Transit carries YOUR prefixes first; if you do not hold a block of your own yet, we rent you addresses from ours. They are then our addresses: they do not follow you if you leave, and that is exactly the difference with a block registered in your own name at RIPE.
The AS number
It is obtained from the RIPE NCC and stays yours, independently of us. We go through the application with you, we do not file it on your behalf.
Long-run traffic engineering
We bring up the session and your communities. Your path selection, your own peerings and the continuous tuning of your announcements remain yours.
Three ways to receive your transit
You do not need to be in our rack, or even in our datacenter. The delivery method changes the lead time and the latency, not the price of the tier.
Over a tunnel, wherever you are
The BGP session runs inside a GRE or VXLAN tunnel brought up to your router. Your servers stay exactly where they are, on your own premises or with another host, and there is no physical link to order or wait for.
For An estate already installed elsewhere, or spread across several sites.
Cross-connect at Telehouse Paris Magny
A physical link from your rack to our router, inside the same building. This is the most direct delivery and the lowest in latency. The cross-connect is ordered from the datacenter.
For You are already racked at Magny-les-Hameaux.
On a machine rented from us
Transit delivered straight onto your OmegaCloud VPS or dedicated server. No tunnel, no cross-connect, no cabling lead time: the session comes up the same day.
For Starting from scratch, or testing the session before moving your estate onto it.
From your LoA to your first announcement
Four steps, and nothing is cut over until you have signed off on the test session.
You send us your file
Your AS number, the list of your IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes, and a letter of authorisation per block. If your route and route6 objects are already published in the IRR, tell us: it shortens the next step.
We prepare the session
Filters built from your LoA and the IRR, addressing for the interconnect, communities agreed with you, and the chosen delivery method put in place.
Test session
The eBGP session comes up. You check that you receive the expected table and that your announcements go out correctly. Nothing is cut over until you have signed off.
Cutover
You move your announcements at your own pace, prefix by prefix if you prefer. Billing for the tier starts that day.
The offer opens on 15 November 2026. Until then, pre-ordering is about holding your place and preparing your file: your AS number, your prefixes and your letters of authorisation are checked in advance, so that your session is ready on opening day. After that date, allow two to five working days between a complete file and your first announcement.
What you need to get started
Four items. If one is missing it is not a deal-breaker: it is in fact the most common case.
An AS number
Your own, assigned by the RIPE NCC. It is what makes you announceable on the Internet, and it follows you if you change provider.
At least one prefix of your own
A /24 in IPv4 or a /48 in IPv6 at minimum: below that, the Internet will not route the block, whoever the provider is.
A letter of authorisation per block
The LoA authorises us to announce your prefixes. It protects you as much as it protects us: it is what stops a third party having your addresses announced.
A router that speaks BGP
Hardware or software, it makes no difference. BIRD, FRRouting, VyOS, Mikrotik, Juniper or Cisco: anything that holds an eBGP session will do.
Missing the AS number or the prefix? That is the most common case and it is not a refusal: write to us and we will go through the RIPE application with you. And if what you actually need is servers with a public address, our hosting plans answer that better, and cost considerably less.
Who this transit is for
The common thread: you already hold your addresses and your AS number, and you are looking for someone to carry them.
Hosts and datacenters
A second provider to move away from single-homing, or a top-up transit to absorb growth without renegotiating the main contract.
Alternative carriers and ISPs
One more path to the Internet, with your own announcements and your communities, from a Paris point of presence.
Companies with their own ASN
You have registered your prefixes with RIPE and you are looking for someone to carry them. Transit makes you independent of your access provider's addressing.
Managed service providers and integrators
Transit in your customer's name, with their letter of authorisation, without having to become a carrier yourself.
CDN, streaming and gaming
Throughput planned in advance, at a price that does not move the month your audience grows. That is the whole point of a flat rate on these workloads.
Where your traffic runs
The same network as our servers, the same datacenter and the same anti-DDoS filtering.
AS198339, our own AS number
Assigned by the RIPE NCC to OmegaCloud SAS, and announced from the Paris region with our own IPv4 /24 and IPv6 /44. Nothing asks you to take our word for it: the RIPE record and the global routing table are there to be read.
Telehouse Paris Magny (TH3)
At Magny-les-Hameaux, in the Yvelines, in the Paris region. A Tier 3+ site, one of the most secure in Europe. That is where our routers and our servers sit.
Your prefixes, alongside ours
Your blocks go out from AS198339, alongside our own prefixes. Your AS number stays yours: if you leave one day, your announcements follow you with no renumbering.
Your data stays in France
Traffic is filtered and carried from the Paris region. No data is hosted outside France, which simplifies the GDPR section of your file.
AS198339 · 87.76.197.0/24 · 2a0c:b641:440::/44. Our announcements and our prefixes are public. Looking them up before writing is the habit of the trade, and we would rather you did.

IP transit, in plain terms
Not yet: the offer is on pre-order and service starts on 15 November 2026, the time it takes to wire transit into our client area and line up capacity. Pre-ordering commits you to no payment and asks for no card. You write to us with your AS number, your prefixes and the tier you have in mind; we check your file in the meantime, and your session comes up on opening day. If you would rather wait, the pricing shown is the pricing that will apply.
At a flat rate. The tier you choose is guaranteed at all times and the price shown is charged every month, unchanged. There is no 95th percentile billing, no per-megabit overage rate and no setup fee. That is the main design choice of this offer: you know the amount before the month starts, not after.
Yes, exactly as on our VPS plans. Monthly billing stays commitment-free, and three terms earn a discount on the monthly price: 3 months at -5%, 6 months at -10% and 12 months at -15%. The discount applies to every tier and is shown directly in the pricing grid at the top of this page. It changes neither the guaranteed throughput, nor the burst, nor the 95th percentile rule.
Burst is the free headroom above your guaranteed tier, and it tapers off. It is twice the tier on the two entry plans: 40 Mbit/s for the 20 Mbit/s tier, 200 Mbit/s for the 100 Mbit/s tier. One and a half times next: 750 Mbit/s for the 500 Mbit/s tier and 1.5 Gbit/s for the 1 Gbit/s tier. And a quarter more on the 5 Gbit/s tier, so 6.25 Gbit/s. Above that ceiling traffic is shaped, never billed as an extra.
We measure your 95th percentile and check that it stays below your tier. If it goes over two months running, we offer you the tier above. You will never receive an invoice higher than expected without having discussed it, and we do not cut you off. A single month above triggers nothing: a strong season or an incident is not a change of need.
Yes, that is the normal configuration and the whole point of transit. You announce your blocks from your AS number, and we build the filters from your letter of authorisation and from your route and route6 objects published in the IRR.
From AS198339, assigned by the RIPE NCC to OmegaCloud SAS. That same AS carries our own prefixes, an IPv4 /24 and an IPv6 /44. Your own AS number stays yours: you do not change it by coming to us, and your announcements follow you if you leave. All of this is public and can be checked on RIPEstat or on any looking glass, without having to ask us.
Yes, at no extra cost. Transit is dual-stack by default: same session, same tier, same invoice. Your IPv6 traffic is not counted separately.
The full table is served by default, roughly 950,000 IPv4 routes and 200,000 IPv6 routes. If your router is short on memory we serve a partial table or a plain default route: tell us at turn-up, and it can be changed later without an outage.
Your AS number, the list of your IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes, and a letter of authorisation per block. Route and route6 objects published in the IRR are not mandatory but they shorten the setup. You also need a router able to hold an eBGP session, hardware or software.
With your own AS number you announce your prefixes and they stay yours: that is the normal configuration, and the number is obtained from the RIPE NCC, an application we go through with you. Without an AS, we can rent you IPv4 addresses from our own block at €1.20/month excl. VAT per address. They then remain ours and do not follow you if you leave. And if what you actually need is servers with a public address, hosting answers that better and costs considerably less.
Allow two to five working days between a complete file and your first announcement. Over a GRE or VXLAN tunnel, and on a machine rented from us, that is the low end since nothing is waiting on a cable. With a cross-connect, the lead time depends mostly on the datacenter.
No. There are three delivery methods: a GRE or VXLAN tunnel to your router wherever it sits; a cross-connect if you are already racked at Telehouse Paris Magny; or delivery straight onto a VPS or dedicated server rented from us. The method changes the lead time and the latency, not the price of the tier.
Yes, as a rental: €1.20/month excl. VAT per address, taken from our own block. That helps if you do not hold a prefix of your own yet. Keep the distinction in mind: those addresses remain ours and do not follow you if you change provider, whereas a block registered in your own name at RIPE belongs to you and travels with you. If your project is meant to last, your own block is worth more, and we go through the application with you.
Yes. The 1 Tbit/s volumetric filtering that protects our servers protects your transit too, at no extra cost and with nothing to configure on your side. Mitigation of L3 and L4 attacks is automatic.
Yes. Upwards at any time, effective immediately. Downwards at the next billing cycle, with no penalty and no administration fee.
